Horrible
Horrible, the worst customer service I've ever had. When they couldn't fix the problem the just hung up on me. They still have the £10 I paid which was never was credited to the sim I ordered. I can not express enough how unhelpful they were. They had no idea what they were doing.

Poor customer service
My October cheque was sent late in December by e2save and I had a couple travel plans. when I finally got to cash the cheque in the bank in April, the bank told me the cheque is expired and I need to request a new one. I called customer service and they said they sorted this for me, one month later and nothing. Then I called again and they would leave me on hold for a long long time and would just transfer me to random teams without telling me as they didn't know what to do, then eventually they hung up on me. Really poor customer service. No email to message, no live chat and the phone team are very rude. Waste of time. Don't bother with e2save
Edit - since they asked for more information 'to help me further', i provided them with the information and to no surprise they have ignored me. This is just a way to make it seem like they care about their customers
Fairly straight forward experience
Fairly straight forward experience. Phone arrived quickly and was as expected. Good deal so far.

Great choice.
Easy to navigate. Lots of choice for plans and phones. Once chosen my order was processed quickly then dispatched/shipped. I received it nice and early the next day. Easy peasy.
By looks of things you guys are scammers

Not a reassuring company to deal with
Not a reassuring company to deal with. After looking on the Carphone Warehouse website I received several calls on my mobile. After the third one I answered and was informed the caller was from Carphone Warehouse. He sounded genuine and sincere, answered my queries and I ordered an upgrade phone and contract. The price was way better than my provider so I thought why not? Went through the process and thought nothing more of it. I paid a reduced upfront cost for the phone, quite happy at this point.
I waited for a confirmation email. And waited. None. Zippy. Nada. I later checked my bank statement thinking I'd been scammed and saw the money had gone to E2Save. Who? I Googled it and found it a legit arm of Currys dealing with online CWH.
I breathed a sigh of relief. But after two days I still had no correspondence so I tried the online chat. Now I'm not an anxious person but it took one hour to answer 7 questions, one of which was wrong.. I did get an apology though..
One of the questions asked of me was my order number. Having had no prior correspondence I didn't have one.
I found the easiest way to talk to someone was to go on the CWH site, do the upgrade eligibility check and they would call you soon afterwards. That's how I found out what was going on with my order.
Even after speaking with representatives, the order was mixed up then un-mixed and arrived a day late.
In short they seem completely disorganised, especially for such an established outfit.
As mentioned, I'm not an anxious type and was just trying to find ways of communicating with the company but this should not be necessary. It all turned out good for me; however, if you want or need to know what's happening with your order on a regular, short time base with regular communications then this may not be the best bet for you.
Waiting for replacement cheque, poor customer service
I am on a sim only cashback plan with e2save. Unfortunately I misplaced my March cashback cheque. I rang the customer service in April to report the lost cheque and asked if they can issue a replacement one. I was told that an email will be sent to the finance/accounting team and they will reissue the cheque and asked me to wait for 4 weeks. Nothing arrived after 4 weeks and I rang again, same response was given again and told to call after 5 days to get an update. Then this loop of calling them and they chasing with accounting team started. Today I called again and same response was given. Getting tired of keep chasing them without any luck. Each time I call them I have to explain the issue from the start and they struggle to find this in their system.
Nearly 3 months and countless calls, I am still nowhere near to get the cashback.
Provided the details as requested, still waiting to hear back.

These gits keep taking £15 a month from my bank account for a sim that never turned up, they have robbed me of £135 clearly I should look at my transactions more, I've been Intouch with my banks fraud department, I want my money back
MIS-SELLING non-existing plans, don’t wast your time
Same experience as those below. Took out a Vodafone sim only plan, but the real plan was different and cost more than the direct debit amount I agreed to. Vodafone said e2save’s advertised plan does not exist and so this is likely a scam. I’d like to give think it’s a genuine error, but in the very least they’ve totally mis-sold these contracts and are aware but still selling them!
No email address to even lodge a complaint.. what a joke of a company. Never again

Sent The Wrong SIM
After 9 years of flawless service with my old mobile phone service provider I received an email explaining that they could no longer afford to keep my contract active despite the fact I'd never missed a payment and the price was pretty much in line with other deals that they were offering. After scouring a popular deals website I came across an attractive SIM only contract offering 100gb data, unltd texts and unltd calls for £15 per month with the bonus of £87 cashback from e2save.com. I proceeded to order a SIM (order number 121286708) and in fairness to them the SIM arrived just 2 days later with paperwork showing the correct phone number and deal I was supposed to be getting. This is when the problems started. I installed the new SIM and despite the instructions telling me that this would automatically activate the SIM, it did not. I set about trying to set up an account with Vodafone using the stated number and couldn't as they said it wasn't an active SIM. I left the SIM in my phone as a secondary SIM for a number of days and then noticed it had become active after about 4 days. After setting up my Vodafone account I noticed the SIM deal was not the one I had ordered. £21 a month for 20gb data is pretty far away from a good deal. I have now cancelled this contract, but feel that people need to be made aware of this issue. Having looked on e2save for guidance there was very little in the way of advice for situations like mine. Despite the fact that I'm guessing this is a pretty common occurrence. You also cannot email them as far as I could tell. The only contact was by a 'live chat' which just gave automated responses or by phone which was on hold for longer than I had time to wait.
TL;DR
Don't order SIM only contracts from 3rd party sellers, lesson learned.

Buyers beware!!
Ordered a sim and was completely different to what was ordered. I and many others have not been offered any help or support whatsoever.
Took out a deal for £15 for 100gb instead they sent £21 for 20gb and wouldn't admit it. I was on the phone for an hour and 15 yesterday and they cut me off. I've lost 60 points off my credit score because of these guys!!!
I have spoken to vodafone who confirm it is 20gb for £21 and there is nothing they can do.
I have cancelled this now, because I was lucky enough to have other options available from my old provider. Not many will have this option, some will be stuck on these dodgy contracts or told to deal with vodafone directly in hopes they won't have to do anything!! Really disgusting tactics.
I have sent you my details, I want this fake contact to end as it is within the 14 day right to cancel period, your website is so bad it's not easy to cancel.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever.
I ordered a phone specifically for two reasons. 1. That it would arrive quickly as I would be out of the country after. and 2. That it included Europe roaming (stated on the website was the OLD vodafone "51 countries roam free as if you were in UK" message.
The phone arrived DELAYED after I had phoned and checked that it would arrive on time to which they said YES. Here, I explained that the phone arriving late would cause serious problems and that I wouldn't be able to receive the phone for another few weeks.
They pushed me off and didn't listen to my complaints.
The phone finally arrives and low and behold it is packed with the OLD sim card information from vodafone repeating the "51 countries roam free as if you were in UK" message.
I phone to complain for false advertising and asking to return and cancel this order and they refuse.
They were EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful to me on the phone and said a manager would call me within 48 hours which never happened.
I get in contact again, they again were unbelievably unhelpful and said I should email on the website to further escalate the case.
I phone again and get told I could email on the website "if I want, but the outcome will be the same".
Every time I get a new solution that turns out to be a lie and now I have a two year contract that I cannot use.
Worst experience ever.
